Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, material availability, permits, inspections, or other conditions outside our control.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property, approvals, and any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CELIS Home Makeover is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, hidden damages, or complications discovered during the project.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require client approval and may involve additional costs.
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties, including suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, or utility services.
Once a project is completed or a phase is approved, any additional changes or corrections may be subject to additional charges.
CELIS Home Makeover is not responsible for damages, losses, or issues arising after project completion due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors.
All services are subject to final agreement, scheduling, and availability.
